My daughter and I snuck down for a last second stay the first part of March. This Property was as advertised. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool and hot tub was awesome! Less than 10 mins from the airport the house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, the grocery store and shopping. Managers Grace and April were great to work with! We will certainly rebook when we come back to the Punta Gorda area!

Did a small bachelor party for the weekend and this was the perfect place to do it. We all wanted to get away and get on the water. The home is a quick 10 minute boat ride through the canals to the Bay. Home was in great condition. Communication was great! Will stay here again.

First of all, the communication with the owner and her team was outstanding. We ran into a couple of technical glitches, all of which were outside their control. However, they addressed each situation quickly, communicated effectively, and were able to get things taken care of promptly. The home is comfortable, very well stocked, and the pool/lanai/water views were delightful. Everything was just as advertised. I would highly recommend this property.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property while visiting family in florida for christmas. Everything was as advertised and more. The house was gorgeous and decorated beautifully. It contained everything you could possibly need for a stay, The owner of the house was in contact with us from the day we booked until the day we left. She provided with all the details regarding the house, wifi, pool, etc.as well as allowing us the check in early due to our flights arrival time. The location of the house is a short ride from fishermans village and town where there is an abundance of restaurants and shops. The whole experience was amazing and really could not have asked tor a better host and house. I would highly recommend visiting this house and property.

The property was immaculate in all respects. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped and the dinnerware included everything needed for preparing and serving complete meals. The dinning table chairs could use updating, but otherwise the furnishings were very comfortable. The pool is well maintained. The house itself has been well maintained. Everything was in good working order—from the appliances to the lightbulbs. All things considered, this was one of the best short term rentals we’ve experienced. Grace works hard to see that everything goes smoothly.

This was a wonderful home to stay in with my family. Many rentals include bare minimum supplies and kitchen supplies however, this host thought of everything and more. All items were great quality and it truly felt like we were in a home away from home. The pool was perfect for the kids as well, they were like little fishes for days. My mom is disabled so it was important to have a place where she could also partake and this couldnt have been more perfect! The host was more than accomodating and very communicative. If I ever return to Punta Gorda I would definitely rebook.

This home was great for our family of 5. We’ve stayed in a different home on this street in IRB… this one was preferred. It was a winter stay for us, so we didn’t get to use the kayaks or the beach gear, but we did enjoy fishing of the dock… and this location is a great spot for fishing.

This VRBO was awesome! Not one complaint from anyone (including 6 children 14-22 yo)! We spent our four days enjoying the pool & spa, kayaking, and fishing, leaving only to attend the wedding and dinner out our last evening. We loved this house, it’s located near of the ocean, you can walk or take the bicycles furnished by the house to go to the beach! The house has everything that you need to have the great moments, missing only a Pool but for the people that love the ocean it’s perfect.

This is a beautiful and well maintained home in a fabulous location. Grace has thought of everything. We found Villa Hibiscus comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We spent a good deal of time relaxing in the pool. Go to Fishermen’s Village to watch the sunset. It’s a fun atmosphere. We were pleased with the restaurants in the area, especially Maury’s at Sunseeker Resort. Grace has great suggestions for where to eat. I would stay here again without hesitation, I truly loved my time at Villa Hibiscus.

The entire family enjoyed it! definitely will book again! Positive: The location was perfect! Very easy to get to the Convention Center, shopping and dinning. The pool and spa was awesome, we also had access to other equipment for outdoor activities. The house was very clean and updated, the furniture was clean, no stains and modern, liked it! The host was amazing in make sure to connect with us ahead of arriving to answer any questions and gave us some tips on the property and the area. Awesome property to book! Negative: There wasn’t anything to dislike. It was February and it was bite cold. However the heated pool and spa made the difference. Which the host gave super detailed instruction when we spoke and it was also on the instructions that came with the booking.

A peaceful and beautiful getaway! Positive: A beautiful home, located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. This home exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, stocked with clean towels, bedding, etc., the kitchen was stocked with every kind of item one could need, the pool and spa were immaculate, the bikes and special amenities were plenty and like new, and the location being on an intracoastal canal added that special touch that only being on the water can add. Negative: I wish the beds were a bit softer… but that’s a personal preference and it’s impossible to meet everyone’s sleeping preference. Everything about this home was exceptional.

We had a great stay with 2 adults and 3 children. The property was easy to find and a convenient location for our time in Punta Gorda. Everything was as promised and I would gladly stay again if needed. We had planned on having a few more guests stay, but they could not make the trip. This house was the perfect size for our group, it would have been tight had they come. The Owner was responsive and even replaced a burnt out pool bulb withing hours of us calling.

This home is really beautiful and comfortable. The property has everything you need to get the most out of your time in Punta Gorda. We had 4 small kids with us and the thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing off the pier. The house is well appointed and so neatly organized.
