Spectacular

This property was Everything it was said to be and more! The house literally had everything needed besides groceries, all appliances, pool, etc worked perfect! The house was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! The owner was quick to respond to anything needed! Will be renting again!

Waterfront home in Punta Gorda

First of all, the communication with the owner and her team was outstanding. We ran into a couple of technical glitches, all of which were outside their control. However, they addressed each situation quickly, communicated effectively, and were able to get things taken care of promptly. The home is comfortable, very well stocked, and the pool/lanai/water views were delightful. Everything was just as advertised. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautifully Splendid Retreat!

What a wonderful experience! Villa Azule is a beautiful home that is located in a quiet, peaceful area. Everything was very clean, organized and well thought out for the comfort of guests. Very clear and transparent communication. Grace goes above and beyond for her guests and I thank her very much! We hope to return again!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay with 2 adults and 3 children. The property was easy to find and a convenient location for our time in Punta Gorda. Everything was as promised and I would gladly stay again if needed. We had planned on having a few more guests stay, but they could not make the trip. This house was the perfect size for our group, it would have been tight had they come. The Owner was responsive and even replaced a burnt out pool bulb withing hours of us calling.

Beautiful Stay

This home is really beautiful and comfortable. The property has everything you need to get the most out of your time in Punta Gorda. We had 4 small kids with us and the thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing off the pier. The house is well appointed and so neatly organized. I loved the labeling in the kitchen so I knew where to put things back. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Fantastic stay

My wife and I came to Grace’s beautiful home for a 3 day weekend winter escape. Grace was the best host we’ve experienced with a highly detailed introduction ahead of our stay. The property is fresh and spotless and exceeded our expectations. We spent much of our stay at the pool which was fabulous. We highly recommend the property.

Family Fun at Villa Capri!

Wonderful home with everything we could have wanted for a fun-filled relaxing Family gathering! There was plenty of room (we had 6 adults and a 3 yr old) and the amenities were awesome. Had a blast in the pool everyday and enjoyed the kayaks! We would not hesitate to rebook – Grace was very thorough with the booking/checkin process and takes great pride in this beautiful home.

Very Nice House

We loved this house, it’s located near of the ocean, you can walk or take the bicycles furnished by the house to go to the beach! The house has everything that you need to have the great moments, missing only a Pool but for the people that love the ocean it’s perfect.

Awesome experience
