Can I bring my pet to a Nova vacation rental?
Generally, yes. All five of our Florida homes in Punta Gorda and Indian Rocks Beach welcome well-behaved dogs. Please inquire in advance, as some breeds are restricted due to homeowner insurance. A $250 pet fee is required per stay.
Is there a pet fee?
Yes. We charge a $250 pet fee per stay. This is a one-time charge — there are no nightly pet fees or hidden costs. Payment is due along with your reservation.
Are there breed or size restrictions?
Certain breeds may be restricted due to insurance requirements at individual properties. We ask that you reach out before booking so we can confirm your specific dog is approved for the home you’ve selected.
How far are your vacation rentals from dog friendly beaches?
Our Punta Gorda vacation rental properties are approximately 28 miles from Englewood Beach, where dogs are permitted in designated areas. Our Indian Rocks Beach property (Villa Azule) is steps away from Gulf beach access points that welcome leashed dogs.
Can I bring more than one dog?
Multiple pets may be accommodated depending on the property. Please contact us before booking to discuss your situation and confirm we can make the right match for your group.
