Check-in time is 4:30pm EST and check-out time is 10:00am EST. Early and late check-In / check-out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability. Associated fees are as follows:
- Early Check-In 8am-12pm: $250
- Early Check-In 12pm-4pm: $150
- Late Check-Out Before 12pm: $150
- Late Check-Out 12pm-5pm: $250
(plus applicable taxes)
Pets are allowed at this property with prior approval and a paid $250 + tax per pet fee. Please inquire before booking.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a 60-day cancellation policy on all stays:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
No Refund: Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.
Guest Verification Policy
Before your stay, you’ll be asked to complete guest verification and authorize a damage deposit or purchase a Waiver Plus via third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you by email and/or text to complete these steps. Please complete them before your stay for a smooth check-in.
Noise Policy
All of our properties are equipped with noise monitoring sensors to continuously monitor sound levels and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests. These sensors are designed to detect excessive noise or disturbances without recording conversations or any audio, ensuring complete privacy. By providing real-time alerts to our team, the sensors allow us to address issues promptly, prevent potential damage, and preserve a positive experience for every guest during their stay.

Copperfish Books
Founded in 2012 by co-owners Cathy Graham and Serena Wyckoff, Copperfish Books opened in a business plaza just south of downtown Punta Gorda, Florida. The space was a bit unorthodox, but we made it work! In 2016, we moved to the center of downtown on Marion Avenue, and in 2020 we moved just a few blocks away to W. Virginia Avenue. Punta Gorda’s historic downtown with its quaint shops and thriving arts and cultural scene is the perfect home for our literary haven.
Copperfish Books is a full-service, welcoming, and inclusive bookstore for all ages. Our collection of books is always changing, so come see us to discover the latest and the greatest!
