At NOVA Vacations Rentals, we will never sell our valued guests’ information to third party companies. We are committed to safeguarding all personally identifiable data that is collected from our guests and that are needed for a villa reservation. All payments by card numbers are encrypted by Stripe at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plain text card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. This ensures full security of the payments we collect.

Our properties are equipped with NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
