The complex features 177,000 sq. ft. of recreational activities including 2 racquet ball courts, a fully equipped weight room, unique selection of cardio-equipment and a full court gymnasium. Swim laps or take a water exercise class in the 50-meter Olympic size pool or relax in the therapy or leisure pools. Play hockey or twirl on the ice during the public skating time on the ice arena. Drop in for a game of hockey, volleyball, basketball or indoor soccer; or run for miles on the city’s only indoor track.
